This Privacy Policy outlines how the LINE OA Real Estate Assistant Chrome Extension ("the Extension") handles data and respects user privacy. The Extension is an internal enterprise productivity tool developed strictly for authorized real estate staff members of Easy Condo Plus (ECP) and Easy Thai Home (ETH).

Key Guarantee: The Extension operates solely as a workflow bridge on the official LINE Official Account Manager portal (chat.line.biz). It does not collect, sell, monetize, or transfer any personal data to third parties.

2. Data Handled by the Extension

The Extension processes only the minimum necessary information required to deliver its core features:

  • Property Listing Data: Real estate property codes, rental/sale pricing, layout specs, and availability statuses retrieved via secure internal company REST APIs.
  • Chat Thread Context: Active LINE user identifiers (LINE User IDs) and chat thread URLs scraped directly from the active DOM interface exclusively to associate CRM notes and Trello check cards.
  • Internal CRM Notes: Case notes, follow-up remarks, and status transitions created by authorized team members.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • Local Browser Storage: Cached property lookups and UI preferences are stored locally on your device via Chrome's isolated chrome.storage.local API.
  • Encrypted HTTPS Transmission: All communications between the Extension, company backend servers, and the Trello API are transmitted strictly over secure HTTPS connections.
  • Zero Third-Party Advertising: No tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts are embedded in the Extension.

4. Browser Permissions Justification

  • storage: Used to store local customer search cache and UI state preferences.
  • activeTab & tabs: Used to send open/close toggle messages to the active LINE OA Manager tab.
  • host_permissions: Limited strictly to official domain scopes (https://chat.line.biz/*, https://manager.line.biz/*, https://api.trello.com/*, and company API endpoints).
